Sahavi Skincare Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.

2. SHIPPING ORIGIN

Our products are fulfilled and dispatched from international fulfilment centres, including Canada, and shipped directly to customers.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • your order may ship from outside the United Kingdom;

  • delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship worldwide, subject to:

  • local laws and import restrictions;

  • courier service availability;

  • sanctions or force majeure events.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to certain destinations.

4. PROCESSING TIMES

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

We do not guarantee same-day dispatch.

5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees.

Typical delivery ranges:

  • UK: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days

Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, carrier issues, or high-demand periods.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

For orders shipped internationally:

Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

  • Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier.

9. RISK & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided.

  • Sahavi Skincare is not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

10. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

11. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to:

  • failure to pay customs duties or taxes;

  • incorrect address details;

no refund or store credit will be issued.

12. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or carrier disruptions.
