This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from https://www.sahaviskincare.com.

1. WHO WE ARE

Sahavi Skincare Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.

2. IMPORTANT SUMMARY (PLEASE READ)

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is your responsibility and at your cost.

  • Approved returns are refunded via a store credit / voucher, not cash.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

3. UK & EEA CONSUMER RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you are a consumer in the UK or European Economic Area, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

This right applies only if the products:

  • have not been opened or used;

  • remain sealed (where applicable);

  • are returned in their original, intact packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the right to cancel does not apply once cosmetic products have been opened or used.

4. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and untampered with;

  • All original packaging, seals, and labels must be intact;

  • Products must be returned in a resalable condition;

  • Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products;

  • Products with broken hygiene seals;

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect;

  • Gift cards or promotional items (unless faulty).

6. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Email support@sahaviskincare.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Securely package the item and return it to the address provided.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

8. INSPECTION & REFUNDS

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

  • If the return meets our conditions, we will issue a store credit / voucher equal to the product price paid (excluding shipping).

  • Store credit will be issued within 14 days of receiving and approving the return.

If returned items do not meet the eligibility criteria, no refund or voucher will be issued, and the items may be returned to you at your cost.

9. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For customers outside the UK:

  • Local consumer laws may differ;

  • Import duties and taxes are non-refundable;

  • Returns must comply with this Policy unless local law requires otherwise.

11. EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used to place a new order.
